摘    要:近年来我国房地产价格持续上升。房价调控失灵根源在于调控措施未触及对房价起决定作用的现行制度结构。改革不合理制度,逐步完善商品房价格的市场形成机制,并就市场失灵提出有针对性的监管措施,房价宏观调控措施才具有可实施性。

Abstract:In recent years, China's real estate prices continue to rise. Price regulation failure is rooted in control measures not touch the current system structure deciding on prices. Reforming the unreasonable system, gradually perfecting the market formation mechanism of commercial housing price, and putting forward targeted regulatory measures on market failure, macroeconomic regulatory measures of house price will be implementable.
