纳米结构透明陶瓷的烧结机理研究

摘    要:通过对超高压低温烧结制得的MgAl2O4纳米透明陶瓷的烧结机理研究表明:纳米结构陶瓷是在晶粒长大前通过一定的条件使其致密化,所以它本身有着独特的致密化机理.

Abstract:We have studied the sintering mechanism of transparent nano-ceramics,which is produced under high pressure and low temperature.The result showed that due to the special conditions under which nano-ceramics is sintered sintering process,compared with the traditional transparent ceramics,nano-structured transparent ceramics have their own densification mechanism.
