不同微结构纳米碳纤维电极的氧还原性能

摘    要:采用催化化学气相沉积法制备了3种不同微结构的纳米碳纤维,利用高分辨透射电子显微镜和比表面测试等表征手段对纳米碳纤维的微结构和织构进行了分析;采用电化学循环伏安法对不同微结构纳米碳纤维电极的氧还原反应起始电位、峰电位和峰电流等参数进行了考察,并与石墨电极的氧还原性能进行了比较。结果表明:纳米碳纤维具有良好的氧化还原性能,微结构对纳米碳纤维的氧还原反应性能有着重要影响,这可能与不同微结构的纳米碳纤维具有不同的比表面和孔结构以及表面化学性能有关;同时纳米碳纤维也具有较好的电容性能。

Abstract:Carbon nanofiber(CNF) with different microstructures were prepared via catalytic chemical vapor deposition method using different catalysts.The microstructures and textural properties of CNF were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscope and cryogenic N_2 physisorption method.The cyclic voltammetry analysis was used to study the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) activity of CNF electrodes with different microstructures.Graphite was used as a reference for comparison.It was found that the CNF has a high catalytic activity for ORR in spite of the microstructures of CNF,and high capacitance compared with the graphite.The impact of microstructures of CNF on their electrochemical performance is evident,probably resulting from the different specific surface area and surficial chemical property of CNF.
