新课程形势下的中小学教师培养策略

摘    要:新课程的理念追求,要求中小学教师树立新教师观、新学生观,并培养新的职业素养。作为中小学教师培养主阵地的地方师范院校,有必要通过深化新课程认识、深化师范教育内涵、改革人才培养模式、提高教师的新课程素养、加强校园文化建设等策略进行教育创新,以适应新课程的需要。

Abstract:The conceptual orientation of the new curriculum demands the elementary and middle school teachers to establish new teachers outlook and new students outlook,and cultivate new professional qualities.As the main base for training elementary and middle school teachers,local teachers colleges and universities must implement educational innovation by deepening the understanding of the new curriculum,deepening the normal educational thoughts,reforming the talents training patterns,improving teachers' qualities for the new curriculum and strenthening campus cultural construction in order to meet the demands of the new curriculum.
