3种保持器方式对牙周健康影响的研究

目的：研究不同的保持器方式对牙周组织健康的影响。方法：选择30例固定矫治结束的患者,随机分组,分别使用自凝塑胶保持器,透明压膜联冠保持器和固定保持器,于戴入后1周,1个月,3个月和6个月各检查1次,分别记录牙龈指数（GI）,菌宽指数（PI）和牙石指数（cI）。将测量结果作统计学分析。结果通过对使用保持器前后的纵向比较,自凝塑胶保持器组在使用后各项牙周指数增加,但差异无统计学意义。透明压膜联冠保持器组GI在使用后有显著现差异。固定保持器组中各项指数都有明显差异,其中CI差异最为明显。结论：保持器影响口腔环境,使口腔自洁作用减弱,对牙周组织均有一定的影响,自凝塑胶保持器对牙周组织的影响最小。

Study of Periodontal Implication With Three Different Types of Retainers

Objective To evaluate the periodontal implication with three types retaiers.Methods thirty cases were divided Tnto three groups,aod three types of retainers were used for each group at random A follow-up per iodontal examination was carride out in one week,one month,three months and six months later,respectively.The periodontal condition was scored according to three parameters：Gl,PI,CI,Result In the group with Hawley retainer,the parameters GI,PI,CI Increased,but showed no statistic difference. The pqrameter GI of the group with thermoplastic retainer was significant after using the retiner.The group with bonaded retainer was more significant In pqrameters GI,Pl,CI,especially the parameter CI.Conelusion Any types of retainers can affect the effect on periodontal health.
