| 摘 要： | 功能肽目前已经越来越广泛地应用于临床诊断和治疗中。本文分7个大类介绍了多肽类药物的主要研究内容、现状和发展方向，并简要介绍了多肽药物的非注射给药途径的研究成果。多肽类药物的主要特点是用量小、生物活性强。通过生物表达和化学合成方法制备出的多肽类药物将在疫苗、抗菌、抗肿瘤、诊断用药等领域发挥出积极而重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Functional peptide has now been regarded as a new kind of diagnostic and therapeutic medicine. We introduce the research and development of seven kinds of peptide drugs and then the non- parenteral preparations of them. Peptide drugs has been widely employed in such clinical areas as vaccine, antibiotic, antitumor and diagnosis due to its low and superior treatment results. |
