摘    要:根据紫露草减数分裂的持续时间,对紫露草微核法的原设计作了一些改进,延长处理时间,删去恢复期,简化了实验步骤,并使染色体有更多的机会受到诱变物的作用,提高了敏感度。

Abstract:The method reported by the present paper is a improved Trad—MCN test. The process treating sample was prolonged, but the step for recovery was omitted. Therefore total time of the test was shorten d. Because of prolonging time for treating9 the chromosomes may be aftf cted more by the poisonous materia in the polluted water. It shows that the impoved method is simpler and more sensitive than hecriginal method to test on waetr samples collected from the Fei River, on waste water from some factories and on drinking Water at the area.
