摘    要:指出劈尖等厚干涉实验中随着膜厚的增加 ,条纹间距变大。定性分析了由于构成劈尖的玻璃发生形变导致的严重影响。重点分析了入射光具有一定发散的入射角所造成的影响 ,通过理论计算和实验结果的对比说明该分析的正确。从而给出了劈尖等厚干涉实验中为减小系统误差测量条纹间距应采取的方法

Abstract:In the experiment of wedge shaped interference, the fringe space becomes wider as the thickness of the membrane increases. This is because the shape of glass changes and the incident beam on the wedge shaped surface is not strictly parallel. A practical and efficient method is given to reduce measuring error in this experiment. The effect of divergence of incident beam has been determined in the experiment, which coincide with the theoretical calculation.
