摘    要:实现学习者自主学习是外语教学界所共同关注的问题。探讨了自主学习的内涵,分析了学习动机、学习态度等影响自主学习的心理情感因素,在此基础上提出了以下教学启示:转换教师角色,促进学习动机、学习态度和意志力的优化组合;采用积极评价,增强学生的自我效能感;营造和谐、轻松的课堂教学环境,减少学生的焦虑感。

Abstract:To realize learners' autonomy is an issue that draws much attention in foreign language teaching. This paper first explores the essence of autonomous learning and then analyses the psychological and affective factors that may influence autonomous learning such as motivation, attitude, etc. On this basis, the following teaching implications are offered:changing the roles of foreign language teachers and optimizing the combination of motivation, attitude and willpower; applying positive assessment and enhancing learners' self-efficacy; creating harmonious and relaxing teaching environment,and easing learners' anxiety.
