沥青胶浆(SMA)实验方法与评价指标研究

摘    要:文章在分析国内外现有实验设备的基础上,结合SMA沥青胶浆的特点,提出了基于测定土的抗剪强度的锥入度试验与低温蠕变试验的方法。研究结果证明采用该法是科学的、简便易行的,也是对沥青胶浆研究方法新的补充和拓展;根据本实验方案,获得了使用抗剪强度与弯曲劲度模量可以作为SMA胶浆高、低温性能评价的技术指标,并给出了合理粉胶比范围。

Abstract:In view of the characteristic of stone mastic asphalt(SMA) mortar,the test principle of soil's shear strength is applied to the test of SMA mortar,and two kinds of test,the cone penetration test and the low-temperature creep test,are investigated.The experimental results prove that the proposed test methods are scientific and feasible,and they are a complement and development of the research methods of SMA mortar.It is believed that the shear strength and the bending stiffness modulus can be adopted as the indexes in the performance evaluation of SMA mortar at high and low temperatures.Rational scope of the filler-asphalt ratio is given.
