| 摘 要： | 作为企业合并反垄断控制制度的重要内容,合并救济是在维护市场有效竞争与维护企业发展之间进行平衡的重要手段。基于合并反垄断控制的早期原则,合并救济本质上是一种预防性救济。合并救济的直接目的是预防竞争条件不当变动,最终目的是预防有效竞争过度受损。

| Abstract: | As an important component of the enterprise merger antitrust control system,merger remedy is an important means to balance workable competition and enterprise development.According to the ex-ante nature of the enterprise merger control regimes,merger remedy essentially serves preventive purpose.The direct purpose of merger remedy is to prevent competitive conditions from inappropriate changes and its final purpose is to prevent workable competition from being over impaired. |
