| 摘 要： | 针对金属超细化的困难及超细化金属粉，特别是超细镍粉在各个领域的迫切需求，介绍r用废镍网边角料制备成超细高纯金属镍粉的技术及工艺．对采用本技术制备超细金属镍粉的工艺流程进行了较详细的介绍，并确定了最优化的工艺参数，分析了参数选择的基本原理．结果表明，通过选择合适的工艺参数可以较好地将废镍网边角料制成超细高纯金属镍粉，使其变废为宝．

| Abstract: | A new technology of producing superfine high-pure nickel powder by leftover nickel material was introduced,which includes technological process, influence factors, parameters etc. Superfine high-pure nickel powder can be prepared from leftover material when suitable parameters are chosen. |
