大应变钢悬链线输流立管动力特性研究

摘    要:深水海洋立管通过柔性接头连接于上部浮体和海底之间,海洋立管的动力特性研究在动力响应的分析和性能化设计中是非常重要的。考虑深水立管大变形的特性以及内流的影响,利用二维动力学模型探讨了不同弹性模量、内部流体流速和顶部张力影响下立管的动力特性。得出如下结论:内部流体流速、弹性模量和顶部张力这三种因素的变化都会影响立管的固有频率,通常内流体流速增加、弹性模量降低以及顶部张力降低都会导致固有频率产生不同程度的减小;并且相应于各阶固有频率的振动模态的幅值大小和方向也随着各影响因素大小发生变化。

Abstract:The deepwater marine riser is often used as a flexible link between undersea bore head and subsurface offshore platform. Research on dynamic characteristics of the riser is very important for dynamic response analysis and performance design. This paper using a two-dimensional dynamic model to explore the dynamic characteristics of the riser under different elastic modulus, internal fluid velocities and top tensions affected. The results show that: the natural frequency of the riser is reduced with the increased fluid flow rate, and increased with the increase of the top tension and elastic modulus. But they have different degree of influence. Modal form of risers are also different when the factor is not the same size, shape, mode amplitude will change the size or orientation with changes in the factors.
