| 摘 要： | 我国具有培养马克思主义理论创新型人才得天独厚的条件。中国特色社会主义建设事业、改革开放的事业、马克思主义理论学科的发展都在呼唤马克思主义理论创新型人才。培养马克思主义创新型人才要破除五种关于创新能力的神话,树立科学的人才培养观。培养马克思主义理论创新型人才要构建批判性的思维方式,构建创新型的知识结构,建立良好的学术传承机制,创造民主自由的教学管理模式。

| Abstract: | China has particularly favorable conditions for the cultivation of innovative talents onMarxist theory, moreover, there is a call for innovative talents on Marxist theory by the cause of the so-cialism with Chinese characteristics, the cause of reform and opening up, and the development ofMarxist theoretical disciplines. The Cultivation of innovative talents on Marxist theory can get rid of thefive myths about innovation capability, and help people adopt a scientific idea of talent cultivation. Inorder to cultivate innovative talents on Marxist theory, we should develop critical thinking, buildinnovative knowledge structure, establish good academic inheritable mechanism, and create a democraticand free pattern of teaching and management. |
