SO_2气体换热器的强化传热及优化设计研究

摘    要:本文以二氧化硫气体换热器为例,分析研究了弓形隔板管壳式气体换热器在管内与管隙间由于流体能量损耗分配的不合理性而对换热器传热性能所造成的不利影响,并提出了以换热器壳程气体纵向冲刷为结构特征的双面整体形低翅片管换热器的传热优化设计方法,使得换热器的总传热系数在管内与管隙间气体总压降不变,气体流量不变以及传热温差不变的条件下,比原弓形隔板管壳式气体换热器的总传热系数提高80%。总传热面积减少42%。

Abstract:For sulphur dioxide gas heat exchanger,an analysis which in- vestigates the shortcomings of tubular heat exchanger with segment baffled shell side caused by unreasonable fluid dynamical force dis- tribution has been made.An optimum design of tubular heat exch- anger with low-fin tube bundles and a kind of longitudinal gas flow in shell side has been suggested.It increases the total heat trans- fer coefficient to 80% higher than that of segment baffled heat exchanger under the same conditions,with the same value of total gas pressure,volume flow rate and temperature difference of heat transfer.
