焦炉传热过程的数学模型

摘    要:通过研究燃烧室中的燃烧与辐射,以及炉墙与煤/焦的导热,建立了焦炉的数学模型,以模拟焦炉的燃料燃烧和传热,通过比较由数学模型得到的计算结果和在工业焦炉中实际测量结果,说明模型是可靠的.基于本模型是以煤气的流量和热值、废气循环率以及装煤特性为边界条件,数学模型模拟了燃烧室的换向,能够显示焦炉中的温度分布和装煤水分对煤气流量的影响。

Abstract:In order to simulate the heat transfer and combustion occurring in the burning and cok-ing chambers, a mathematical model of the coke oven has been developed by means of researches of the combustion and radiation in the burning chamber and the heat conduction inthe wall and coal-coke. The model is reliable for the consideration of comparation betweenthe data con1puted by the model and ones measured in a commercial coke oven. The model onthe basis of the differential equations formulated in this paper takes the flow rate and caloricvalue of supplied gas, the properties of charging coal, and the structure sizes of COke oven asthe boundary conditions. The model which can simulate the gas revering in the burningchambers can be used to describe the distribution of temperature in a coke oven and the effectof coal moisture on the fuel rate in the coking processes.
