艾叶提取工艺及抗氧化活性的研究

摘    要:通过正交实验方法研究了艾叶醇-水体系的提取工艺,采用比色法测定其黄酮类和多糖类化合物的含量,得到不同因素对总黄酮和总多糖提取的影响程度依次为:乙醇浓度〉提取温度〉提取时间〉料液比;并以化学发光法测定各提取液的抗氧化活性。结果表明;艾叶中含有丰富的黄酮类、多糖类化合物,具有很强的抗氧化活性。

Abstract:In this paper orthogonal experiment method was used to study the extraction process in(alcohol)-water system of folium Artemisiae argyi.Its contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides were measured by colorimetry.And it was found that different factors impacting on extraction were as followed: the concentration of alcohol,extraction temperature,extraction time and the ratio of materials for extraction liquid.The anti-oxidant activities of the extraction liquid were also studied by the chemical(luminescence) method.Results showed that folium Artemisiae argyi contains abundant of flavonoid and polysaccharide,and its extract possesses strong anti-oxidant activity.Therefore the researh and development of folium Artemisiae argyi are of great significance.
