摘    要:本文采用制备超微粒的方法制得α—Fe_2O_3,并用该材料制作成α-Fe_2O_3系气敏元件。由该材料及添加微量元素后所制作的元件对乙醇有良好的选择性和灵敏度。文中同时也讨论了不同加热功率、不同的电极材料对元件气敏性能的影响。并对α-Fe_2O_3的气敏机理作了扼要的讨论。

Abstract:A sort of UFP hematite has been prepared by chemical liqu:id prccipiv,ttion method.The gas sensitivity and selectivity measurements in different reduction atomspheres were performed for hematite sensor and ~he sensor doped trace element which were made of the aforementioned UFP hematite,it shows that the hematite sensor and the sensor doped trace element all have the selectivity fi~r ethanol.The effects ol" difl'erent heating powers and different electrode materials have been discussed.The gas sen$iag mecha~m also has been mentioned in this paper.
