南水北调工程江都抽水站变角经济运行研究

摘    要:针对江都抽水站泵站扬程经常变化的特点,提出了利用已有的叶片全调节功能实现泵站变角经济运行的方式,即在满足泵站所需抽水流量的前提下,根据实际扬程,以泵站装置效率最高为目标,确定水泵叶片角度和开机台数.江都抽水站实施变角经济运行后,泵装置效率提高最高可达6.84%.

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristic of pump station head varying frequently in Jiangdu pump station,the modes of pump station economical operation by adjusting blade angle are advanced in this paper.Namely,on the premise of satisfying pump station demanding discharge,according to actual head,blade angles and the number of running pump units are determined to attain the highest assembly efficiency of pump station.The highest increment of pump assembly efficiency is about 6.84% by adjusting blade angle in Jiangdu pump station.
