| 摘 要： | 根据现代篮球运动发展的特点，将加强防守技术的训练方法。以体育系2000级、2001级的45个学生为实验对象，把他们分为三个自然小组，每组15人，分别以加强防守技术训练方法和以往常规的训练方法。对比结果显示，实验A组的防守成功率和移动反应速度明显高于对照组，效果显著。

| Abstract: | The development of modem basketball has put greater emphasis on defensing technigues.In this article.the author contrasts the students who received special defensing technigues training and the students who received ordinary training. The results show that the former was much better than the latter in terms of successful defense and moving reaction in spite of the fact that they were about the same level before training. |
