核电工程现金流预测模型

摘    要:现金流预测对核电工程项目业主和承包商安排资金计划和降低资金成本具有重要意义。以承包商现金流预测为基础 ,分析了与工程项目现金流预测相关的各种因素 ,提出了适用于承包商和项目业主的现金流预测数学模型。利用工程投资与进度数据集成方案 ,有效地求解了该模型。基于该模型开发了工程项目现金流预测管理信息系统 ,并用实例对该系统进行了验证 ,结果表明该模型和求解方案是合理有效的

Abstract:Cash flow forecasting is very important for owners and contractors of nuclear power projects to arrange the capital and to decrease the capital cost. The factors related to contractor cash flow forecasting are analyzed and a cash flow forecasting model is presented which is suitable for both contractors and owners. The model is efficiently solved using a cost-schedule data integration scheme described in this paper. A program is developed based on the model and verified with real project data. The result indicates that the model is efficient and effective.
