| 摘 要： | 落实教育优先发展 ,建设“教育之城” ,已经成为厦门市社会各界的共识和行为。本文从新世纪教育发展面临的机遇和挑战为切入点 ,结合厦门教育现状 ,论述了我市建设“教育之城”的发展战略和实施对策 ,旨在为这一宏伟建设探索基本思路。
