科技创新系统的自组织性

摘    要:科技创新系统包括科学创新系统和技术创新系统 ,是由创新主体、中介和客体等诸多要素及其之间的相互作用组成的复杂系统。科技创新系统是一个开放的复杂系统 ,系统内部各要素之间的相异性存在致使彼此间的非平衡态出现 ,并通过与外界环境之间不断的物质、能量与信息交换 ,从而产生创新系统的自组织性。从创新系统自组织性出发 ,必须建立适应市场经济条件下创新系统自组织性要求的科技管理模式

Abstract:Scientific and technical innovation system includes the innovation system of science and the innovation system of technology. It is an open complicated system which consists of innovative subject, intermediaries, objects and other such key elements and the interactions between them. The difference between every key element within the system results in the appearance of the non-equilibrium state, and the system exchanges information, energy, materials constantly with external environments, thus creats the self-organization of innovation system.Setting out of self-organization of innovation systems, a suit of scientific and technological management mode must be set up to meet the need of self-organization of innovation systems in market-economy.
