Sn-Bi纳米晶粉的形貌及组织结构的研究
摘    要:对采用电流体动力学法制取的Sn-Bi纳米晶粉进行微区原位电子显微实验和X射线衍射实验,研究其形貌、尺寸分布及组织结构特征.实验结果表明,电流体动力学法制取的Sn-Bi纳米晶粉是尺寸分布均匀且集中的球形小颗粒,其组织结构是成分由原始合金成分和液态金属浓度起伏决定的、具有单晶结构的单相过饱和固溶体(或单相固溶体).

Abstract:The morphology and microstructure of Sn-Bi nanometer powder prepared by electrchydrodynamic method were examined and analyzed through analytical TEM and X-ray diffraction testing.It wasfound the powder are of uniformly spherical fine grains with minimum size 0.89 um.The microstructure presents single-phase oversaturated solid solution or single-phase solid solution of which the single-crystal structure is dependent on the original alloy composition and the concentration fluctuation in liquid metal.
