基于微控制器的直流斩波器的设计

摘    要:完成了一种基于89S52单片微控制器(MCU)控制的直流斩波器的设计。以单片微控制器为核心的直流斩波器实现直流电压的斩波降压控制,完成DC/DC转换。斩波开关元件采用电力电子器件IGBT。系统具有控制灵活、外围器件少、结构简单、精度高、可靠性高等特点,具备过压过流保护。

Abstract:The DC chopper based on 89S52 is designed in this composition. The center of the control system of the DC chopper is composed of the single chip microprocessor. The main circuit uses IGBT as the chopper switching. Because of the outstanding features of single chip microprocessor 89S52, there are advantageous performance in this DC chopper. The system has advantages of little elements, simple configuration, high reliability, high accuracy. The paper also introduce the way of protection which deals with over current and over voltage.
