健全监控体系 提高教学质量

教学质量监控体系的建立与完善,应以系统论、信息论和控制论为理论基础,坚持目标性、系统性、科学性等原则;搞好组织建设是前提、建立健全体系是核心、修订完善制度是保证、抓好重点工作是关键;构建由决策指挥、管理调控、质量评估、状态监测与信息反馈5个子系统构成的教学质量监控体系,形成教、学、管“三位一体”与团、组、员“三级联动”、相互交叉的教学质量监控网络,促进教学质量的不断提高。
