起重机微机综合测试的内容、原理和计算公式

摘    要:采用由微型计算机与激光直线仪、传感器组合成的测试系统,使起重机整机或单项性能的测试,从方法、原理到计算公式都有了重大变化,作者在这方面作了初步研完。根据通用桥式起重机分等规定的技术要求、有关规范和设备、现场条件,本文拟定了一套用于桥式起重机微机综合测试的内容、原理和计算公式,并经过了实践的检验。

Abstract:Important changes arc brought about in testing either the overall or the individual performance of hoisting machinery.Such changes include the test procedure, the principle and the computational formulas, resulting from the combined use of microcomputer, laser alignor and transducer.The proposed procedure is based on technical specifications as regards the classification, the norm, the machinery, the operating conditions fora series of general bridge cranes.The whole procedure has been tried out in shop practice with success.
