| 摘 要： | 在央视镜头下，新世纪以降，北海蛋民的生活发生了不小的变化，而“变化”的主因，在蛋民看来，是党和国家好的政策所致。与此同时，“变化”也反映出蛋民们量力而行的生计选择。在选择中，那些依然迷恋蛋家传统生存之道的水上居民，着实愿意过并喜欢过被称之为“人生常态”的自足自乐的简单生活。这种生活，不乏世上古老真理的蕴含，那就是：活得简单方能活得自在。

| Abstract: | The recent three CCTV special programs show that since the beginning of the new century, many changes have taken place in Beihai Tankas＇ life, which the Tankas believe have owed much to the government good policies. These changes display the Tankas＇ choices of life with their own abilities. Fascinated by the traditional on-water way of life, the Tankas prefer and enjoy such a ＂normal＂ , simple and self-sufficient life. This simplicity implies much of the old truth： Those who live simply enjoy a free life. |
