| 摘 要： | 在探讨环境效益、经济效益之间相互促进、相互传递的动力机制的基础上,引入“效益传递系数”的概念,构造出效益传递的度量方法和环境－经济系统总体效益的理论计算模型;并应用该模型对淡澳地区３种可能的效益传递方式进行对比分析,表明其发展必须顺应环境一经济效益良性循环传递机制,达到“三效统一”的目的．

| Abstract: | On the basis of approach to the mechanism of benefits transfering between environment and economy, the concept of "coefficent of benefits transfering" is introduced to design a method on the measurement of this mechanism and a theoretical model on the estimation of benfits of the whole system. Moreover, three possible ways of benefits tranfering in Danao region in Guangdong Province are analysed and compared with each other. It showr that regional development must comply with the mechanism of benefits transfering to reach the objective of integration of "three benefits" . |
