| 摘 要： | 结合施工实践。论述了施工企业项目成本的控制措施，包括抓好成本预测，建立目标成本责任制和项目责任成本管理体系，择优录用分承包方，实行招标采购，加强材料的现场管理。实行施工机械设备租赁制，加强成本过程考核，优化施工方案，落实技术措施．加强施工索赔和提高预算收入等。

| Abstract: | Connecting with the construction practice, this paper discusses on the measures for the project cost control of construction enterprise, including doing a good job of the cost estimation, strengthening the field material management, practicing the leasing system for the construction plant equipment, strengthening the cost procedure assessment, optimizing the construction scheme, carrying out the technical measures, strengthening the construction claims, and increasing the estimated income, etc. |
