| 摘 要： | 在网管系统的设计开发和更新完善过程中，网管系统评估技术是极为重要的辅助工具，首先介绍网管评估系统的研究平台；其次建立了网管系统的评估模型，并在此基础上探讨和研究了若干具体的评估指标及其实现；最后提出评估系统结构的设计思想。

| Abstract: | In the development and improvement of network management system, evaluation technology of NMS is a very important assistant tool. This paper firstly describes the platform for evaluation system, then builds up an evaluation model on the base of some specific evaluation indexes and their implementation which are discussed and studied in detail. Finally, the design of evaluation system structure is proposed. |
