石鸡、八哥和红嘴相思鸟生理常数的研究

该实验对鸡形目雉科类的石鸡、雀形目的八哥和鸣禽红嘴相思鸟在较安静与运动状态下的主要生理常数进行了研究 ,以了解其生理特点及所存在的差异 .结果如下 :三种鸟的食性、体形、体温、呼吸频率、心率、血常规等生理常数有较显著的差异 .体形小的红嘴相思鸟平均体温(42 .5℃ )较高 ,呼吸频率 (75次 min)较快 ,红细胞数 (4.2 3百万 mm3 )较多 .而体形大的石鸡 (平均 36 1g)体温 (40 .8℃ )较低 ,呼吸频率 (30次 min)较慢 ,红细胞数 (2 .6 5百万 mm3 )较少 .三种鸟的体温在昼夜呈周期性的小幅度变化 .

A study of physiological constants in alectoris chukar chukor partridge and acridotheres cristatwllus and leiothrix lu

Birds are not only of great imporance to keeping the natural balance,but some of them have very high economic values as well. In order to learn about their physiological character and differences, the physiological constants were studied in Alectoris Chukar Chukor Partridge and Acridotheres Cristatwllus and Leiothrix Lutea. To determine them, physiological constants are useful for artifical breed and disease prevention,etc. The results indicate that there are obvious differences on feeding habits, body form, body temperature,respiration, blood cell numbers, hemoglobin and heart rate in the three kind of birds. Leiothrix Lutea's body temperature,respiration rate, heart rate and red blood cell numbers are higher than those of Alectoris Chukar Chukor Partridge and Acridotheres Cristatwllus. Moreover, the change in the body lemperature of the three kinds of birds' shows a periodicity each day.
