锌精矿沸腾焙烧炉冷却装置的改进实践

摘    要:分析了某锌业公司锌精矿流态化焙烧炉冷却装置的弊端,并自行设计、制作了独立于原冷却系统之外的盘管式冷却装置,优化了原冷却系统的配置,强化了沸腾焙烧炉的散热,提高了焙烧炉的产能,投料量可增加1.79 t/h,同时避免了直接排热的弊端。

Abstract:To lessen the shortcoming of one disk cooling device of zinc concentrate fluidizing roaster made by one zinc company,one coil cooling device is designed,which optimized the primary cooling system scheme,strengthened the heat output and increased the capacity,so that the feedstock can be increased by 1.79t/h,and avoided heat outputting directly.
