| 摘 要： | 研究了用自制的固载杂多酸催化柠檬酸与正丁醇反应合成柠檬酸三丁酯。探讨了催化剂负载量、反应时间、酸醇比、催化剂的使用次数等因素对反应结果的影响。得到的最佳反应条件为：酸醇摩尔比为1∶5,催化剂加入量为柠檬酸质量的3%,反应时间为3h,反应温度117℃～123℃,其酯化率可达到94.7%,催化剂可重复使用。

| Abstract: | A supported heteropoly acid for catalytic reacted with normal butanol can synthesize tri-butyl citrate.The effects of reaction conditions,such as the quantity of catalysy,the ratio of reactants,reaction temperature,reaction time and etc are discussed The optimal reaction conditions are as follows： molar ratio of acid/ carbinol is 1：5,the content of catalyst is 3wt% of citric acid,reaction time is 3h,reaction temperature is 117℃-123℃.And when the esterification rate reaches 94.7%,catelyst can be used repeatedly. |
