| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展与变化和现代教育理念的更新,学校管理制度的建设显得相对滞后。新时期要在人本主义思想的指导下,以加强学校文化建设为突破口,以开展校本研究为切入点重建学校管理制度,从而使学校管理制度的建设与现代教育形势相适应,进一步提升学校发展内涵,推动学校又好又快发展。
