| 摘 要： | 在瓶盖自动加工与装配生产线中采用基于PPI协议的PLC联网通信技术,设计了系统的控制方案及其实现过程,给出网络配置及连接方法。利用PPI网络对小型任务进行控制具有方便可靠,投资小的特点,而且设计的系统具有较好的灵活性和良好的可扩展性,可极大地提高控制的自动化程度。

| Abstract: | Based on PLC network communication of PPI protocol in cap automatically processing and assembling line,the systematic control scheme is designed and network configuration and connection method is provided.Taking the advantage as convenience,reliability and small investment of PPI network＇s control on small-scaled tasks,together with the flexibility and good expansibility of the designed system,automatic intensity can be improved a lot. |
