本科教学评估对民办高校女馆员的心理影响与应对策略——以湖南涉外经济学院图书馆为例

摘    要:本科教学评估给民办高校图书馆的发展带来希望,同时也给民办高校图书馆员特别是女馆员带来诸多心理影响,出现认同与反向并存的心理。针对这一现实,以湖南涉外经济学院图书馆为例,从正、反两方面较系统地剖析了本科教学评估对女馆员的心理影响,并提出了应对女馆员心理问题的策略。

Abstract:Undergraduate teaching evaluation not only facilitates the development of private university library, but also brings many psychological effects on librarians, especially female librarians, occurring the psychology of co-existence of both identity and reverse. In response to this reality, and taking the library of Hunan International Economics University as an example, this paper makes systematic analysis on the psychological impacts of undergraduate teaching assessment on female librarians from the positive and negative aspects,and puts forward some proposals on how to deal with the psychological problems of the female librarians.
