高职院校图书馆读者满意度调查与分析——以苏州卫生职业技术学院图书馆为例

在解释读者满意度调查概念、意义的基础上,介绍了读者满意度调查的具体内容,结合苏州卫生职业技术学院图书馆的问卷调查实践,分析了文献建设工作在教育职能发挥中的困惑,指出加强电子类文献信息资源的开发与运用是图书馆与时俱进的选择,图书馆应全面进行读者服务工作的创新,分层次地开展好阅读推广活动。

Survey and Analysis on Redder Satisfaction in the Library of Higher Vocational College --Taking the Library of Suzhou Health Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Based on explaining the concept and significance of reader satisfaction, this paper introduces the concrete contents of the survey on reader satisfaction, and connecting with the practice of the questionnaire survey made by the library of Suzhou Health Vocational and Technical College, analyzes the confusions of literature construction in educational function＇s display, and points out that strengthening the development and utilization of electronic literature information resources is library＇ s choice of keeping the pace with the times, and the library should conduct the innovation of reader service in an all-round way, and carry well out the reading promotion activity in different levels.
