| 摘 要： | 阐述了校地共建图书馆的发展现状,分析了阻碍校地共建图书馆发展的瓶颈,基于校地共建图书馆信息资源共享现状,探讨了信息资源共享与知识产权保护之间的冲突,并从多方争取边缘信息、加大资金投入及合理利用VPN技术等方面,提出了解决冲突的有效措施。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the development status of the library jointly constructed by university and local government, analyzes some bottlenecks blocking the development of the library jointly constructed by university and local government, probes into the conflict between the information resources sharing and intellectual property protection, and puts forward some effective measures for solving the conflict from aspects of striving for the edge information from different ways, investing more funds, and making rational use of VPN technology, etc. |
