| 摘 要： | 高校扩招给大学生就业带来了很大的压力,在就业过程中,需要来自社会、学校以及家庭的帮助与关心。高校辅导员要认真分析当前大学生就业的现状和问题,探索出行之有效的方法与对策,帮助大学生进行职业生涯规划,开展有效的就业指导,实现理想的就业目标。

| Abstract: | The expansion of college enrollment has brought tremendous pressures on the graduates employment which thus is to be concerned by all walks of life,the society,college and family,and esp.counsellors who are supposed to carefully analyze the current conditions and issues of the employment,to explore practical and effective measures,to initiate proper employment guidance course,etc.so as to help the graduates programme their career and find their ideal job finally. |
