A Simple Method of Material Phases Analysis on X-Ray Diffraction

A simple method of material phases analysis on x-ray diffraction is introduced in this thesis. It is a graphic imitation and synthesis displaying means to standard data (PDF cards) on x-ray diffraction with the computer's assistance. Compared with diffraction patterns obtained in experiments, the results of material phases qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis can be gained. Therefore, there are some worth in the scientific researches and applications.
