| 摘 要： | 植被是人类赖以生存和发展的宝贵资源，是全球生命的支持系统，是生物多样性蕴藏的宝库和避难所。保护植被、合理利用植被资源是可持续发展的前提条件。目前植被资源利用存在不少问题，必须引起重视，加以解决。
