超声波作用下二苄甲酮的还原

摘    要:本文采用正交设计方法,以硼氢化钠为还原剂,考察了超声波条件下反应时间、底物/还原剂的摩尔比、聚乙二醇及其醚为溶剂对二苄甲酮还原反应的影响,得到了较为满意的条件,产品的产率92.4%。

Abstract:The reduction of 1.3-diphenyl-1-propanone with sodium botohydride un- er the action of ultrasound was studied. Reaction conditions.such as solvent.reactiontime, mole ratio of substrate to reductant,etc. intensely influence the yield of the reaction. he optimum conditions to get high yield(92.4%)were obtained making use of theorthogonal design test method.
