摘    要:为以低成本代价测试航空可替代坐垫的动态冲击力学特性,本文利用结构水平冲击试验台系统,建立了基于刚性座椅的航空可替代坐垫动态冲击试验方法,并利用所建立的双人位刚性座椅进行了两型航空替代坐垫(91-01106B331-0-XY型和1003089-001-XY型)的垂向14 g动态冲击试验,测试了坐垫的动态冲击力学性能。结果表明,试验方法可行有效; 座椅系统结构可靠,仿真假人经历了前倾再回弹的过程;两型坐垫都满足CCAR-25-R4适航规范要求,这可为航空可替代坐垫动态冲击力学性能的适航验证工作提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In order to test the dynamic impact mechanical performance of aircraft replaceable seat cushion at low cost, a dynamic impact test methodology of aircraft replaceable seat cushion based on rigid seat was built by the structure longitudinal dynamic test sled system, and a vertical 14 g downward dynamic test of two kinds of seat cushion in the double rigid seat built by itself was implemented to test the dynamic impact mechanical performance of seat cushions, where the seat cushions includes the type of 91-01106B331-0-XY and the type of 1003089-001-XY. The results indicated the test methodology is feasible and effective. Moreover, the seat system structure is reliable, and the ATD has gone forward and then rebound process. In addition, the two types of seat cushion comply the CCAR-25-R4 airworthiness regulation which can supply a certain referential value to the airworthiness verification work of dynamic impact mechanical performances of aircraft replaceable seat cushion.
