摘    要:目前,系统仿真以及计算流体力学(CFD)仿真是研究飞机环控系统以及座舱流场的主要手段。通过系统建模仿真可以获得飞机环控各个子系统及各个部件的主要工作参数;通过计算流体力学仿真计算可获得飞机座舱内详细流场参数。飞机环控系统与座舱作为一个连续的整体系统,在实际工作中相互依存、相互影响,然而在研究中却往往被割裂开,顾此失彼。通过AMESim与Fluent耦合仿真,研究了在考虑环控系统再循环风影响下,飞机环控系统——座舱整体模型中污染物的进入、扩散以及排除。通过对比有回风、无回风工况的差异,证明了耦合仿真方法在环控系统——座舱研究上的适用性。由计算结果可知,考虑再循环系统与不考虑再循环系统导致的座舱内CO污染物的扩散及排除规律完全不同。

Abstract:The primary means of studying environmental control system(ECS) and cabin of aircraft are system simulations and computational fluid dynamics(CFD). Operating parameters in specific components of ECS can be calculated by system simulations while the flow field in cabin can be captured by CFD. However, the ECS and cabin are integrated systems in aircraft, the result from ECS affects the arguments in cabin, and the feedback from cabin also changes the working condition in ECS. But it was usually considered separately when discussing the variation of this integrated systems, for one part was concentrated while the other was ignored. The ECS and cabin are considered together through the AMESim and FLUENT in this study, and a bleed air contaminant is investigated. Two typical configuration of ECS is calculated and the results show that the contamination distribution in cabin is entirely different when there is or not recirculation air.
