摘    要:本文用差示扫描量热法(DSC法)测定了各种聚丙烯腈纤维的热性能.研究表明:纤维的组成、结构、使用的溶剂、成形方法对纤维的热性质都有影响.本文还用DSC法测定聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维的环化度、用DTA法测定预氧化纤维的含湿量,以了解聚丙烯腈纤维预氧化反应的程度,所有这些结果对于预氧化过程的工艺控制及预氧化过程终点的确定都有参考意义.

Abstract:The results of study on thermal properties of acrylic fiber measured by DSC were reported. It was found that the thermal properties were affected by composition and texture of fibers, solvents used and formation method. In order to determine the extent of pre-oxidized reaction of acrylic fiber, the extent of cyclization and the moisture content of pre-oxidized fiber were estimated respectively by DSC and peak heights of DTA curves. All these results can be used to control the pre-oxidized process.
