| 摘 要： | 立足体育课运动负荷测评方法的改革，运用“脉搏测定法”对体育课生理负荷安排的科学性和合理性进行了统计分析。通过对实验体育课心率测评指标特征值的研究，提出了体育课生理负荷脉搏测试综合评定的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Being based itself upon the change of evaluation of PE teaching,using the pulse determination,the scientificalness and rationality of exercise load setting-up in PE course was statistically analysed.By studying on the characteristic value of heart-rate appraisement index in experimental course of PE,a synthetically evaluating method of pulse testing by the physiological load in PE course was presented. |
