| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨七叶皂苷钠对外伤性面瘫的疗效。方法:选择76例外伤性面瘫的患者分为两组,治疗组给予七叶皂苷钠,对照组给予地塞米松。结果:临床症状改善情况两组无明显差异。结论:七叶皂苷钠能有效治疗外伤性面瘫。

| Abstract: | Objective: To inquire the treatment effect of Sodium Aescinate for traumatic prosoplegia.Methods: 76 patients were divided into two groups: experiment and control.Patients of experiment group were given Sodium Aescinate.Patients of control group were given Dexamethasone.Results: Improvements of two groups clinical symptom have no obvious difference.Conclusion: Sodium Aescinate for injection can be used as an effective treatment for traumatic prosoplegia. |
