| 摘 要： | 针对异Ｖｃ生产中双效蒸发器上料垢不易清洗的问题，采用淋膜式清洗与浸泡式清洗相结合，用两种清洗剂交替进行，完成化学清洗的新工艺。清洗剂用量仅为全浸式清洗的３０％，清洗工作在２４ｈ内完成，清洗率达１００％。

| Abstract: | It is aimed at the problem of double effect evaporator being not easy to clean the stuff-dirt while producing iso-vitamin C. The new technique of chemical cleaning is adopted to combine sprinkling-film cleaning with immersion cleaning and use two sorts of cleaning agent alternatively. The amount of cleaning agent is only 30% in contrast with the whole immersion cleaning. The cleaning work is finished in 24 hours, the efficiency reaches 100%. |
