| 摘 要： | 文章以国内外建筑业、设备行业发展为背景,结合国内外设备租赁业的现状与发展趋势,介绍了中国建筑企业设备管理所经历的由以技术管理为主导向以经营管理为主导的改革和调整,探讨了设备管理模式的发展趋势,还结合目前我国建筑企业设备管理的现状,对其下一步的改进进行了一些探讨。
